Pokemon X and Y!

X version Pokemon
Sorry I've been neglecting posting but there wasn't much to post about, but anyway. Pokemon X and Y were announced today in a Pokemon Direct on Nintendo's website. The games will be released October 2013 worldwide and will start the IV (6th) generation of Pokemon. The starter's fro the sixth generation make their debut in X & Y, they are: Grass-type Chespin, Fire-type Fennekin, and Water-type Froakie. There are two new, currently unnamed, legendary Pokemon representing each game. A navy blue deer (another legendary deer?) representing X and a large black and red bird Pokemon representing Y. Each of the two are shaped like their game's letter (plus the deer's eyes have Xs in them, that sounds strange).

These will also be the first Pokemon games where you train your Pokemon as a human for the 3DS (unlike Pokemon Rumble Blast and a certain Mystery Dungeon game...post coming soon...).
